If the raw material complies with the standards after applying the four-stage (physical, chemical, microbiological, toxicological) quality control methods, it is accepted for production. After being carefully mixed with the help of mixers until it reaches a homogeneous structure, liquid raw materials (oil and fresh animal products) are added to this mixture in the preconditioner, water and if it is in the formula.

After the product, which reaches a homogeneous structure, is filled into cans, the lid is closed.

Then, the product is sterilized in a special autoclave at 122 °C and purified from all bacteria.

Finally, after being kept in the waiting area for 1 week, the cans are labeled and packaged in the automatic packaging unit.
